Product delivery time

For credit card payments/Amazon Pay/PayPay:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

For Pay Later (Paypal):
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

For cash on delivery:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

For bank transfer (prepayment):
We will ship your order within 2 business days after confirming your payment.

For shopping loans:
Once the inspection is complete, we will ship your order within 2 business days.

*If shipping is delayed due to stock shortages, etc., we will contact you separately by email.

The delivery method will be via delivery processing (Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport).

Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
The following products will be exchanged immediately free of charge.
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.

• If the product you ordered is different from the product you received
• Damaged or soiled items

If you wish to return a non-defective product, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Basically, we do not accept returns except for cases of initial defects (within 7 days of delivery).
*Even in the case of initial defects, we may not be able to accept returns if there are signs of use.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases, regardless of whether the product is defective or not. Shipping and handling fees for returning and re-shipping the product will be borne by us in the case of a defective product, but will be borne by the customer in the case of returns and exchanges due to other reasons.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product you used
• Products that have been damaged or scratched while in the customer's possession
• Products that have been processed by the customer
• Products that have lost their original product labels

Bank transfer (prepaid)

Shopping Loan

Here is the flow of shopping loan payment. This is a payment method that allows you to pay for products in installments online even if you do not have a credit card.
This is a three-way contract between the customer, JACCS Co., Ltd., and Ueni Trading Timepiece Co., Ltd.

Required fees other than the product price

• Consumption tax (10%)
• Shipping fee (For details, please see the page on shipping fees and payment methods.)
• If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, you will be charged a cash on delivery fee. If you choose bank transfer, you will be charged a bank transfer fee.

If we do not receive your payment within 7 days of the order date, your order will be cancelled.

This shop uses an online shop server provided by Future Shop Co., Ltd.

The submission form is compatible with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which encrypts and protects communication between the server and your computer, preventing anyone from snooping on the information you enter.

Credit card information does not pass through the online shop server because it is sent directly to the payment server operated by SB Payment Service Co., Ltd. using a token method (a method that does not pass through card information). In addition, neither our shop nor Future Shop Co., Ltd. hold any credit card information.
