Please contact us via the inquiry form within 2 days of receiving the item (calculated from the estimated arrival date stated in the shipping notification email), and return the item to us by cash on delivery within 4 days.
If you find any defects (such as malfunctions or damage to the exterior) in the delivered product before using it, we will accept returns of the product or exchange it for an equivalent product.

Upon receiving the product, we will inspect its condition and, if any malfunctions are found, we will arrange for a return or exchange.
However, the following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

- If the bracelet size has been adjusted. - If there are signs of use after the product arrives. - The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped (watch and accessories). - If the reason is due to the customer's preference, such as a difference in color or size from what was expected. - If the reason is related to the product condition that can be confirmed by the product information on the website. - Items purchased in stores (including items picked up in stores when ordering online) are not eligible for return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the request or arrival is made after the return period has expired.
・When using mail order services, the cooling-off period applicable to door-to-door sales and other similar services cannot be used.
